Super excited to lose some weight this year. 2014 was great, just super busy. So now it's time for me to focus back on me : ) the first Monday of 2015 I told myself " game on !" And I lost 8 pounds. So far second week, nothing ! So I'm so glad to learn of this awesome "game?" For lack of a better word. I think this will be a great way to stay motivated through the first couple of weeks untill it becomes routine and becomes the NORM . Also working out at a new kickboxing place and dragging kids along so not only do I have to stay motivated, I have to be the motivator ! Hard sometimes being a single mom of 3, going to work, keeping house up, being a girlfriend... Hoping this will be the fun and positive part of my day . Here's to all of us just wanting to do and be and feel better! LETS DO THIS !
