2nd step coming up with a plan - done
3rd step executing that plan daily for 4 weeks....
4th step cashing in on the pot!
So I am a TSFL'er that is a diet plan it is called Take Shape For Life. I have transitioned (sounds dirtier than it is.) I ran a marathon and since stopping running regularly (ready to start back if this weather would cooperate.) I have gained 11 lbs - so it is time to go back to the basics and get not just the 11lbs but try to get to my real goal weight so - game on. I had heard of this before and actually wanted to join a bet before but well I always had excuses - this one just seemed like it was time. So I have included my pictures to as the evidence of my progress so far and a reminder to push myself farther!
I know that there are critics of TSFL - and feel free to be one - but I believe in this program and have lost 55lbs on it and kept most of it off for a very long time. My Dr. recommended it to me and I have no regrets!
