I have never really had to work at this. However the past several years (i'm well into my forties) things have changed.. no, one thing changed, my body! UGH! Who is this girl? I became quite active this past summer getting involved in triathalons and that was great, saw some definite toning and weight loss. But i stopped at the end of the season and i'm up 10 pounds and feeling lethargic and disinterested in working out again. So my friend approached me with this.. why not i said. So here i go, this is for me, just one pound at a time. No crazy triathalons just good eating and moderate working out. I can do this, i want permanent changes not temporary ones. I need all the reaffirming i can get on this. Thanks CC for talking me into it, i know you can do it as well! t
