I want to lose all this extra weight so badly.  I have wanted this for so long but didn't get motivated and really make changes until now.  I have found a plan I can stick with. I just need to keep working at it.  Not give in and not give up.   

I hope to continue this "21 day detox" which can be found at detoxinista.com and make it more of a lifestyle of eating.  I plan on taking the seven days I didn't use and making an extra week.  That will get me through round one.  Following that, I will "re-do" the plan, using the recipes that I really enjoyed and adding a few others that meet the combining rules, mostly vegetables.  I will not have a dessert unit round one is over.  I am considering making a chocolate chip cookie (almond flour, coconut flour) after to enjoy one or two days per week.  I have chocolates in my desk that I think I will wait to indulge in (enjoying one truffle and sharing the rest) following round one.  

Depending on my weight loss, I might allow myself one drink for the super bowl.  

I need to come up with a plan for activity.  I need to do this.  I cannot continue to lose weight without this component.  I need to build muscle.  I need to start doing exercises in the morning.  I will have to start doing the ballet workout dvd in the morning.  I need to do this.  

I need to get to my goal weight so that an occasional treat, and I mean OCCASIONAL, does not ruin my goals.  This is possible.  I can enjoy treats, but it will need to be a small percentage of my day.  I will need to plan.  Eat at home most of the time, eat well most of the time, and occasionally enjoy a treat.  A drink once in a while, a sweet treat once in a while, but main meals need to be vegetables, lean meals, etc.  

I can do this.  I need a plan for activity and I need to do it!
