My advice to staying on track for these 30 days is MEAL PLANNING. Pick one consistent day and create your meal plan for the next 7 days that way you know exactly what you will be eating for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner. This will eliminate any guessing and any stress of having to think about whats to eat.
If you consistenly work late and dont want to cook when you get home, think about crockpot meals that you can make so they are ready for you to eat when you get home. These meals are so simple to make and are delicious. All you typically have to do is throw the ingredients into the crockpot, turn the crockpot on, cover it and then go about your day. It's almost like having someone cooking for you. Best of all, there are very few dishes to do after dinner is over.
My obstacle this month is going to be giving up sweets. I plan on resisting all temptation and replacing candy and junk food with fruits that are natually sweet instead of loaded with processed sugars and other chemicals and dyes.
Good Luck everyone!
