I keep waiting for the plataue. This weight loss has been way to easy. All I've done is pay more attention to how much i'm walking, drink a TON more water, and be more careful about how I eat.....

Sign in to CommentI blame the plateau on building muscle mass. When I started losing weight I didn't hit it for about 6 months in, so hopefully you'll have a while. Keep it up and it will keep flying off!...and just a little about muscle, it weighs more than fat but it also burns more throughout the day so keep up the Piyo too if youre still doing it
