
1/22/15. 4lbs down. I decided to complete my unofficial weigh in this evening to get a more accurate weight for my personal record. I really would like to do this in the am, because I'm less likely to feel bloated. So, here it is, 180.5. I drank a protein shake for breakfast, and also for a snack and had chicken and rice for lunch. No breads and pasta for me today! I wish the kids would finish the spaghetti looming from last nights dinner, I swear I can smell it through the refrigerator door. .....yummy... Fyi....steer clear of the fridge tonight.
