Hi everyone! How are you doing with you completeing the WOW workout twice this week? I know myself I've been slacking with it with school going on and just plain out being lazy. NO EXCUSES THOUGH!! 

Just got done with a kickbutt workout that I wrote (hate it when I kick my own butt, lol) Now to finish up the other half of the WOW workout I didn't finish yesterday. 

Remember you need to get 4 sessions in before Saturday. I know some of you have been doing great and already have 3 in the bag for the week. Make sure to sign up for class tonight and tomorrow morning! Let's stick to our goals and the rules of the game that have been put forth. 

Please let me know what your struggling with that way I or Ryan can help you in what ever area you need.
