Hello and happy new year to you all!. I took this bet as betting on my life. I've always strugled with weight and this year I am making it personal. this bet is a good start and good timing for such a change. not because it's the begining of the year but because its 3 months before the spring. 5 months before swim suite season and 6-8 months before weddings and summer parties season. So here is my plan. I need to loose 30-40 pounds to be where I like to be. I figured if I loose 20 by april, I would have earned a nice tan and new set of spring outfits. I found if I want to have a succesful plan that goes that far, I need to invest time in planning my days. I track my food BEFORE I eat it. now I see the pain of the bad number and decide wheather if I want to take it while I still have the chance to change my mind. I found that at the most part, I resort to enjoying the item with a limited portion and that is how I balance between my mind and body :) Its been working well for me. A bad day does not hurt your diet, 2 bad days certainly do. I make sure I have pleanty of good easy to grab fruits like bananas, calemitines, apples - One day at a time. Have fun and keep going.
