I found that I lost another pound and I will try again to update that.  I wanted to pass along the easiest breakfast recipe to get your day started off right

grandma diet egg muffins

7 eggs

1 cup of milk

your favorite sauteed vegetables

small amount shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.  Mix eggs and milk together until frothy and put aside.

put heated sautéed vegetables in each muffin cup and add egg to each muffin cup 2/3 full

bake for 25 min at 350 degrees 

When done, top with cheese while still warm and eat
