I'm going out to dinner tonight with a friend. I'mma make sure I look ahead of time at the menu to figure out calories and sodium so I dont go over. My goal plan is to drink 2 glasses of water before I eat, socialize, no appetizer, no alcohol, eat half of my meal, save the other half, and bring a piece of dark chocolate with my so I'm not tempted by the desert they have there. Cant wait what today has in store for me!! =D

 

So I went out...and had half of this flat bread thing it had spinach and feta on it with chicken, had a veggie boat and had 4 glasses of water and played phase ten after!!! =) Yeah I did good!!
