I have recently started my journey to a healthier me and I think I may have an addiction to feeling better about myself. It seems like I am addicted to choosing the healthier option at restaurants and to taking the stairs rather than the elevator. I have also found that I am not eating everything on my plate at dinner, and I don't even feel hungry afterwards. Every pound I lose, I get this jolt of energy to lose more. It's quite a great addiction! I send my love for all who read this!
