Hello Everyone!

My name is Emily, and I am on the same weight loss journey as many of you.  A few years ago, I lost 25 lbs.  Then, over this past year, I have gained 20 lbs of it back.  Over the past month, I have lost about 5 lbs.  I am not "overweight" by any means, but I would really like to tone out my body and lose the other 15 lbs of fat that I have gained.  I am 5'5" and currently weigh 140 lbs.  My end goal is 125 lbs, but I need to lose 5.6 lbs this month to win a portion of the pot.  I am looking forward to taking this journey with all of you!
