Today i wieghed 130.5, with a bmi of 24.7

My goal for the  February 2015 goal  would be 5+ pounds. this would put my weight @ 125, which is highly achievable. I will excerscie daily, and eat 1200 calories. I can walk 2 miles per day, and supplement this with Joanna Soh videos!  

 

125 lbs, here I come!!!
