I lost the right amount of weight last month to hit the goal...and then celebrated with food.  Whoops!  Quickly put some weight back on.  And, maybe I need to just look at the fact that this is what I do to sabotage myself.  In fact, if I were not in this game, I would go right back to abandoning the work, like I always did in the past.  But I am back to it, on the stationary bike tonight and the elliptical tomorrow.  Because come June, I am going to look vastly different, and nothing and no one, including me, is going to stop that from happening.
