Feeling a bit frustrated. I went to water Zumba about 3 weeks ago. I loved it. Missed class all last week and again yesterday (meets Mondays and Wednesdays). Work is keeping me late. Ive been so sedentary and my back is giving me problems so the water Zumba was the only thing I felt like doing.
I did go for a good walk Sunday--well, it was for 25 min--and my legs felt it the rest of the day, along with my back.
So I'm having a hard time fitting in exercise that I'm comfortable doing. I'm determined to stay focused and don't want to start heavy exercise and be so sore I won't want to continue.
My eating has remained focused. Getting almost all my water---for me that's a miracle. I'm packing lunch and snacks. So I'm good in keeping to a routine.
