I have noticed that my weight stays between 130 and 136. The last time I was under 130 was three years ago. Although I walk 2 miles a day, I have a really hard time squeezing in additional exercise. too tired in the morning, exhausted at night. Recently my Dr. told me that I an pre diabetic, and my thyroid is slowing down. I need to improve my lifestyle with more exercise, more Vegetables, and less sugars.
