It's been 3 years since I've put much thought into what I ate. I got pregnant with my twins in May of 2012 and healthy eating went out the window! Being pregnant gave me an excuse to indulge in whatever I craved. After giving birth in January I got pregnant again in September so the indulging continued. My baby is now 8 months so I guess it's time to get back to eating right. This is a great way to kick off my new life style change. Let's see how long it will take to break all my bad habits...
