I'm looking forward to this challenge and hope it jump starts my much needed weight loss journey. I've always been very active and in shape, but then I started having hip/knee issues that really limited my mobility for almost a year. A great physical therapist got my hip in shape, but my knee issue turned out to be a torn meniscus and many floating bone fragments. I had surgery to repair that right before Thanksgiving and it's taken this long for me to feel I can finally use it normally. My job has been very stressful with months of long hours and all that combined to have me tipping the scale at 30 pounds over my desired weight. The journey to better health begins today!
