I just finished my first challenge and had a blast! I lost 6.6% of my body weight and feel really confident going into February. If I manage to hit this goal, it will bring me one third of the way to my 2015 weight loss goal of 30 lbs (having lost 60 pounds in 2014), and will put me within reach of a very healthy weight.

My strategy this time is pretty basic:

1) Keep following my meal plan- it works for me and gives me a sense of control and of flexibility, which is exactly what I want in my life.

2) Keep doing my triathlon training: Minimum of 5km Runs at least 3X per week, Minimum of 20Km Bikes at least 3X per week, Minimum of 0.75km Swims at least 3X per week, with at least one of those days involving all three activities back to back.

3) Complimenting my tri training with starting up T25 again. This one killed me the last time-literally. A knee injury knocked me out of play for three months, so I will need to be more cautious with it this time around. Goal is to do this program with a 90% consistency, allowing myself recovery days as needed.

4) Blogging as regularly as possible in order to keep myself accountable.

On weigh in, I will also do a measurement tracking as well. I will update my weight loss on at least a weekly basis, and my stats at mid-challenge and end of challenge.

Best of luck to all entering the challenge! I look forward to following your progress :)
