what can i do to keep moving down toward my goal? i am the only one who can make this happen and am ultimatley responsible for  the success or failure of my goal.  Previously, i would get down to 131, and then a few days later be back up to 134, then feeling VERY discouraged, would make a few bad choices regarding food and/or exercise.

I have been eting much better, and today i finally got in my 15 minutes of exercise..  perhaps i can walk the dog, or do another video?
