Down a full pound this morning from weigh in, which is a good way to start the day!

Yesterday was a good day, with a 20Km bike ride (Cycle Fit HIT) and T25 (Stretch), but today is when the fun really begins. Doing a 5km run, followed by a 0.75 bike ride and then T25 Cardio this evening. Upping my work out goal to 60 mins per day and keeping my step count at 12.5K minimum, with a 3000 calorie burn a day. 

I think I'm going to actually start tracking activity on my fitbit again since T25 doesn't do much for steps. But the plan is to stick to the 21Df food plan and keep things really simple over the next month. 

6.6 lbs to go, and 28 days to do it in! :D
