I started my day with a 4km jog at a 15% incline (burning off about 550 calories!!!) which felt amazing! What a great calf work out. Come home to day 2 of T25 (Cardio, 25 mins, ~300 calories).
This is technically 'day one' for the program, but I started with Stretch yesterday, because I knew that my muscles would need a good stretch out before beginning this intense program.
Feeling amazing after great work out. I am SO much stronger and fitter than I was when I tried this last year. I barely needed any accommodations (except a little extra protection for my knee), and didn't stop the entire time. I am a gruesome, sweaty mess...and I sure didn't 'nail' everything yet. But I've got this. 10 weeks will fly by and I can't wait to see what my body can do when I am done :D
