Hi again.

Well, I allowed myself to have some fun for Superbowl Sunday and actually only went over by 283 calories and was up .5 pounds (mostly from sodium and a little extra "bad" fat).

Yesterday I was back on track and practiced my flexitarian diet.  Committed to NO alcohol for the next 10 days.  I ate tons of legumes and veggies and plant based protein.  I added some strength training.  I drank 12 (14 ounce) glasses of water...  today I am up 1.5 pounds UGH!

I enter everything in myfitnesspal.com.  Looking at my food log from yesterday - after my exercising - I was over my fiber by 18 grams and under my fat by 11.  Also, my calories were only 1,160.  I know better than that.  I know I need to make sure to include my healthy fats so all that fiber can "be processed" - water alone is not enough.

Wake up call/reminder it isn't enough just to log everything - we need to use the data in front of us to optimize our results.

Loking back at my initial entries I was most successful when I was including my chia seeds, flax and hemp seeds in my non-meat days of my flexitarian "diet"

Final push for the 5th round of High Stakes Transformer here.  I can do this.  I WILL do this!!!

CARPE DEIM!

...now time to go clean up the rest of this snow that dumped on us Sunday LOL - that should help :)

Hugs to all who want them XOXOXOX!

Thanks for your support!
