In in two games at the same time!!

SO I am excited to be in two games at the same time, I figure that, this is a win- win situtation, I lose weight and make some money while doing it!! So I will start Transerformer with the Simple Green Smoothie 21 day Cleanse challenge so that I am eating healthy and keep up with my Zumba works out!! Excited to see how this goes!! Continuing with the Black women losing weight community, they haev been awesome!!

I am already in one game and just read about another one. Also thinking about a Transformer challenge but I am still unsure of how it works.

I love to Zumba too! I also drink a green smoothie each morning for breakfast--half a frozen banana, small amount of frozen strawberries, lots of spinach, tbsp ground flaxseed, handful oatmeal, 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a scoop of chocolate protein. Yummy, healthy and filling! Good luck! ????

Yes that is great!! The protein I use is the no carb one from GNC. I try to use no more than two fruits due to the sugar in fruit, I use flax seed oil and I use water mostly.
