Today I begin my exciting challenge to work out and to begin to lose the excess wt I have let myself gain, I have been so ashamed of my body for the last couple of years and as the depression sat in I would just keep eating i am now at the heaviest point in my life and have decided that I will not sit back and do nothing I have decided to take action. In this challenge I am going to try and lose 9lbs for the next challenge I enter I will try to lose even more I am now working out daily and watching what I eat. I will return to the figure I once loved.
