Today I had marshmallows and a mini Mr. Goodbar. That Mr. Goodbar was the best Mr. Goodbar I ever had. 

So much for not having any sugar! I did start doing the workouts today from the February calendar. To be honest, that was actually my first time doing workouts from Blogilates. That upper body workout was intense. My arms are already sore. 

Hopefully I can get a day in with no sugar AND with my workouts tomorrow. 

I also have a Fitbit. It measures how many steps you take during the day. The recommended amount of steps per day is 10,000 steps. I reached that goal today :D
