Holy hell...
So I planned out my day a little differently because my daughter's dayhome is closed this week, so my AM work out wasn't going to happen. This meant I had to do my tri training and T25 back to back tonight.
But I knew it was Ab Blast day, so I wasn't too worried about it. I have been doing some incline training at the gym and pushed myself extra hard, doing a full 5km speed walk (3.5mph) at an incline of 15%. I burned out 850 calories in 55 mins (including warm up/cool down) and felt great.
Got home only to realize that it ISN'T Ab Blast day; It's TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT DAY! NOOOO!!!!!
I considered switching them- doing Abs tonight and TBC tomorrow...but I figured that was wussing out. So I gave 'er hard in TBC- harder than I ever have before! And I rocked it! (Not quite nailed, because...'oblique push ups'...so not there yet). And now I am the best kind of exhausted EVER!!!
T25 is my favourite part of the day. But damn, I am a million different levels of sweaty right now.
