I'm coming up to my 45th year on this planet and physically not happy with the way my body looks and feels. I'm fairly healthy. I eat and drink a mainly raw diet (and love it!) I've quit smoking and do daily moderate excercise that keeps me at the present weight I'm at. I have been up and down throught the years but the last 8years have been my heaviest in my life. The cause of this weight issue....... I met my husband and got very lazy! lol! But, it's time to get back top the healthy weight I was before I met him when I used to run 5-10k a day and 1/2 marathons on sundays! So I did a diet bet with a few people I know through work...... and lost just over 4% of my weight! YAY! Now I am going to continue the jouney with this diet bet and continue counting the pounds...... falling off my body! :DÂ
