So this is Day 4 of trying to lose weight and I feel like I'm doing pretty good.  I've lost one pound but I'm not fixated on the weight.  What I'm the most happy about is that I've been able to make it through all four days of my Max30 program.  I feel stronger and my endurance is getting better.  I've run before but it's to cold to run now.  I've gone to the gym but when you work it's hard to get going and get there.  When you do get there, it's hard to motivate yourself sometimes.   I used to spend alot of time standing around, not maximizing my time.   This is the first time I've tried a DVD program and it does have it's advantages.   The biggest one for me is, at some point I just have to pop it in and make it through.  I don't have to think about the workout.   I got stuck at work late the other night and normally I would have just blown off working out but, since I don't want to miss a day and I only have to pop the video in, it is a major advantage for me.
