Things I tried this time...

Breakfast- 1/2 Avocado(Lemon jc, garlic pwdr)/ 1/2 bell pepper(Raw)/ Or a fruit: Appl,Pear,Prunes, Apricots, Dates Depending on how late I am... ALWAYS sucking on coffee.

*** Eventually if I can cook it correctly I would like to add a serving a quinoa to breakfast.

2/3 hrs later- 5 Prunes, Apricots, Dates (dried), 1/2 Bell Pepper, 1/2 Avocado (Lj,Gp), Handfull of Broc or Cauli (Raw)

Lunch- Big into rotisserie chickens these days due to my cooking sucks, and it maybe cheapter? Typically a wing, and a leg joining a thigh would be a meal/ or a breast. (the chickens are small) I average about 4 servings of chicken at $5.38. (Being poor is my biggest way to loose weight!)

Rot. Chix Leg, Thigh, Wing/or Breast+Veg Typically 1/2 Bell, Broc, Cauli, Carrots, Spinach (Cooked)

4 hrs later- This is the time of day I usually loathe, it's beyond the typical dinner time, 8pm or later. I can't find myself to auto eat as soon as I walk into the door. I often make coffee, and eat a few 3-5 dried fruits. Prunes, Apricots, Dates

11pm-2am-"Dinner"- I Hate eating past 7 or 8; but I do it ALL the time! Rotisserie chix (Lg, wing, thigh/ or Breast), Veggie, Fruit

4-6am- At any point I could get up half asleep and pig out. I've been attempting to replace it with a fruit.

I typically do not wake up until 10-11 AM

** Since Feb. 2nd I've been attempting to drink 4-8oz grapefruit juice before meals, and as an addition to coffee in the morning.**

On 2/6 Unofficial Weigh in 236.N/A (I wasn't paying attention)

I was not really paying attention, I just slid the scale out from under my bed and glanced. The 4 days before this diet I ended up going out to eat every single night! If not drive through, it were something like chinese!

I was afraid I'd gain more within the first few days, from being such a hog previously!
