So it has been seven days since I rebooted T25, and revamped my work out schedule. It hasn't been an easy week because the day home has been closed and I have had very little time to actually work out. But I did my best, hit over 20K steps five times this week and got both my T25 and at least one other form of exercise done every day.
Next week will be much of the same until Thursday, when I can start hitting the gym before work again. But I am hoping that by being strict in my food intake and continuing to work as hard as I can during those 25 minute intervals, I will be able to maintain myself. And then I will have two full weeks left to go hard until the dietbet is over.
