The Dietbet began last week, but I have to be honest. I was NOT ready to start. I was craving popcorn, oreos, pizza, fried chicken wings/fries, steak burgers, and dark and stormies. And guess what?!? I ate all of that. Every. Single. Craving. SATISFIED.

Today was much better. I was more focused and made better food choices. I'm looking forward to making even wiser choices tomorrow. One. Day. At. A TIME.
