woke up to REALLY GOOD NEWS this morning!!! 
 
I reached my goal overnight and woke up to 129.5 on the scale!!!  i was not expecting this at all.  so  of course i am happy happy happy!  what now?!??!
 
i have acheived my short term goal, but will continue to head down the path of my long term goal of 110.  i will continue on the challenge,  and continue the drop/ maintain   schedule i  set up.  i alsom will continue to add excersice and healthy food into my permanent lifestyle change.
