I've tried fad diets, I've done meetings, I've been devoted to the gym, I've gone it alone, and I've done it with groups. For some reason I slip up, I fall down and the weight comes back. Well not this time. This is my year of change, real change.

I'm tired of being tired and unable to keep up. I'm sick of looking for food to make me feel 'better'. 

So far this year I have made some changes and I know that each step I take in the right direction is another step closer to my goal.
