I've never done this before, and it's kind of terrifying to an introvert like me to do something this social, but I need to lose weight for my health. I'm close to 40 and have too many health problems because of my weight. I keep starting diets and such, and then falling off the wagon. Not this time!
I'm already having two Herbalife shakes a day as meals, but haven't really dedicated myself to it like I should. The shakes are yummy, and I highly recommend them! I have lost some weight, but I know I can lose more if I dedicate myself to a weight loss journey!
I am also joining a fitness center about two blocks or so from my house. It's on my way to work, which isn't far either, so I intend to workout there at least once day, probably after work. I am going to keep myself in check with it and not waste my money by not using it. It's open twenty four seven, so I have no excuse not to use it!
I'm excited to be here, and I look forward to losing weight along with everyone else!
