I asked my friends to see if they wanted to lose and bet some money. They didn't want to risk and bet actual money. However, I really have been needing a strong motivation, trigger point to help me. While googling, I've found the dietbet. And this is going to be my starting point and I am so excited.

 

My faults have been:

- Emotional eating (when stressed especially)

- Boredom eating (eating in bed, just without any thinking)

- Boredom from workout routines that are same

 

Through this process, I plan to:

- Use map my fitness to track my calories

- Workout at least 3 times a week

- Weigh in every morning as I have been

- Eat clean preferably, but calorie counting will come first
