My biggest challenge is exercise!  I need to move more to make sure I can keep moving as I get older.  I'm not someone who enjoys exercising, so finding ways to keep moving can be a challenge.

 

I've started walking with Brian either before work or during lunch (depends on how cold it is in the morning!).  I thought it would be difficult because he can walk so much faster and I always thought I liked walking alone.  It turns out I was wrong! He does walk faster, but doesn't mind pacing me. Also, I enjoy having a walking buddy! Who knew?

 

Well, I'll try to make this moving thing just a normal part of my day and not a chore. We'll see how it goes!
