Starting off my blog by saying if you try hard you will succeed. I have been trying to drop this excess baby weight for 6 months now. I am finally seeing changes in how my body looks and feels. After starting the C25K app and committing to running 3 days a week or more the weight is starting to come off slowly. My biggest struggle is eating healthy. I see something and want to eat it. Or I get board and then want to snack. In order to keep myself on track I brough in plain Almonds ( that I toasted) and when I get a hunkering to snack I eat a handful of them. They are healthy and provide protein so I don't feel guilty about having a few! I have also switched to black coffee (0 calories) instead of a Dutch Bros drink (400 calories). These small changes are what will make me successful! Thank you everyone for the support!
