Just joined Lisa's fitness diet bet challenge today.  I want to start holding my self accountalbe for maintianing my fitness habits, and I thought this was a good way to start!  I have been fairly active since last year.  I ran two half marathons, but after my second, my hip was injured and I took a break from running.  It was hard to get my motivation back, especailly because it was over the holidays and I live in Minnesota so it is hard to get out and try to enjoy the weather.  I have ran since then, but my hip starting aching again, so I backed off from running.  I find that after working all day, as a nurse, I have no energy left to try and motivate myself for a workout.  Good luck to everyone who is participating in this challenge.  I hope I can find some inspiration ans start feeling better about myself and my actions.
