I have been struggling with weight since I turned 13.  I gain some weight and lose some weight but rarely stay at a healthy weight for longer than maybe 6 months before I start packing the pounds on again.  When I was younger all I needed to do was maybe cut out soda and I would instantly lose 10 pounds.  Now I cut calories down and I gain weight.  The only way I lose is if I work my butt off, literally.  I am now 41 and my dad has type 2 diabetes and I do NOT want to deal with that as I get older.  I am DONE!  I am 5'9 and currently about 35 lbs overweight.  It just sits on me like a wheel.  I gain my weight in my gut. So as we speak, I feel it and its just disgusting.  I disgust myself.  I lack motivation and this diet bet will give it back to me I am hoping.  So here goes nothing.  Well hopefully I can say there goes all my fat!  Well not all I am sure but some!
