It's the last week of the challenge. So far, it has gone well. I am right within the target weight range, so I am hoping that I can err on the low side and maybe even succeed at the end of the week. 

Got back on the running band wagon tonight. Did a nice and easy 5km in 30 mins since it has been a long time since I actually ran. Felt some energy at the end of the run, so I topped it off with a 30 minute walk at 15% incline/3.7 mph. Then back home for T25 Abs (catch up from yesterday) and Stretch. 

This week, I go hard and am looking forward to getting eight solid work outs in before the challenge is over.
