Well... I slept through my alarm lol. I plan on doing Turbo this evening after work though. I do want to get into a wake up early and workout habit because my days are always so much better. Breakfast was chocolate Shakeology with peanut butter, banana and soy milk. I brought a banana and pepperjack cheese sticks for snacks. Lunch is being catered so I'm going to try my best to not screw up. I'll probably make my girls spaghetti for supper and find something else for myself. I took my before pictures yesterday and my new measurements. I lost like 6 inches total so far. Which I can't tell but it's nice to see a change in numbers! Well, I can tell by my Tshirts because I can wear a few that used to be tight on me and they fit a little loser. My total weight loss so far is 17 lbs which is awesome. I hope I can stick to this so I can lose another 9 and not lose my money haha!
