So, I was worried that because I got iced in today I wouldn't be able to get much exercising in, but I made myself a goal for today. I had a healthy breakfast and lunch (and I'm tracking calories with MyFitnessPal)

I have set an alarm on my phone for every hour to get up and move around for a minimum of 10 minutes. Sometimes it has just been moving around, doing dishes, making lunch/breakfast, etc. Others have been exercising for the full 10 minutes (jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches, etc.). And every other hour I set another alarm 30 minutes through the hour to move some more! I may be stuck inside marathoning TV shows and doing homework, but that does not mean I'm limited to what I can accomplish!

So far today I have done 150 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 30 push-ups, and 30 minutes of walking. And it's only 1pm!
