Well we are half way through this diet bet, and I am having some trouble. I started all gung go and lost over 3 lbs the first week, now I gained one back and I'm just not as motivated as I need to be. I am still doing my workouts, but I am doing my "eating because I'm bored" stuff again. Gotta do it, gotta do it, I can do it, that's my new mantra.
