Well, I'm off to a bad start. I had binged through candy yesterday for whatever reason. I don't seem to understand why my brain can't stop craving sweets. I had chicken and greens all day and yet it's not satisfied until I grab a handful of sugary goodness. I think I'm throwing away things that can tempt me! 

*insert Hulk-ish yell*

It's so frustrating to see my gut reaction to throwing away bad processed foods. I don't want to because it would be a waste of money and time, but then again, I should have thought of it before buying them in the first place! *drops mic*
