Counting calories and tracking your food is kind of a pain, but it makes a HUGE difference when it comes to losing weight.  If you don't have a My Fitness Pal account set one up!  You can find nutrition information for most food on there (even restaurants).  You can even track your exercises and calorie burn (just a warning though- it will tell you you can eat back the calories you burn exercising- be careful of this, it will make it harder to lose weight.  Find the right balance for you.)
