Having healthy and high protein snacks does take a little planning ahead.  Its much easier to grab a handful of crackers or chips...  or a few cookies.  Here's a good list of some snack ideas that are fairly easy to prepare and will fuel your body.

Some of my personal favorites are:

Hummus with celery and carrot sticks (Costco has individual servings of Sabra Hummus that are tasty and inexpensive)

FiberOne Protein bars (Chocolate Peanut butter ones are my favorite)

Cheese Sticks

Greek Yogurt with a little granola

Lightly salted nuts
