Today is Day 1 of Week 5 for T25. One more week before I move on the Beta cycle and step it all up a notch. 

Decided to push myself a little bit today by running my fastest 10km to date (59:57- I'm still not "fast" but I'm getting a LOT better) and then following that up with a much needed session of 'stretch'. 

My current dietbet ends tonight at midnight. Barring a catastrophe, I will make my final weigh in with no issues as I am currently wavering between 1 and 3 lbs under my goal weight. I find this dietbet process a little taxing, but I'm not sure it would be any easier to try to lose weight without something to keep me accountable. 

I have about 20 lbs to lose before I am done trying to lose weight and shifting my focus entirely on muscle training. If I succeed, I will have lost almost 100 lbs, and will have truly transform myself inside and outside. So now I am trying to decide if I want to do another 4 week challenge (which would bring me about one third of the way) or if I want to go for a longer term 'transformer' challenge (which would take me the entire way). I still have a few days to figure it out, but I will likely reinvest some winning into going a little bit further than I am now. 

35 more days of T25 before moving on another program. I'm feeling torn between P90X and Insanity...I really like Shaun T's style a lot, but may want to test out a new trainer for a few months. Either way, I know that I will be doing another Beach Body program as this system really is one that works well for me physically and mentally.
