I can't believe I am doing this.  I never try something new and I think that is part of the reason I weigh as much as I do.  I am hoping that having some money will help keep me motivated.  In the past I have been good about keeping my motivation for about a month but then it tapers off.  I want a longer time frame.  I want to make a change that will last.  My mom passed away at 65 but had been in very very bad health for nearly 15 years.  In that time she suffered 2 major strokes and a heart attack.  I don't want that to happen to me and if I don't make some changes it will.  Lets do this!  Good luck to everyone that is playing.
